Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry and an experienced trainer & specialist in the development of Health & Safety Franchise Standards. Mark is a professional course designer and has developed and delivered training modules to both national and international delegates.

Chris is an experienced Health & Safety, Fire Safety consultant and a Fellow of IOSH. Chris has worked across a range of industry sectors and in venues & has specialist knowledge of the events sector both in the U.K. and overseas.
Sophie Kelly

DipNCRQ (with merit), GradIOSH.
Sophie holds a Level 6 Diploma in Applied Health and Safety and supports a number of our key clients along with working on several of our clients prestigious and major events.
Sophie comes from an events background, has a wide portfolio of events experience, she is also a keen equestrian and coach.
Dave Gleeson
Head of Fire & DSEAR Safety, MIFSM.
Dave is a Fire Safety Consultant with over 30 years of experience within the Private Sector.
Dave has concentrated the last 6 years specialising in Fire Safety and Risk Management.
Dave is a Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers and is dedicated to the provision of all fire safety related requirements for his clients.
As well as being listed on the IFSM National Fire Risk Assessors Register (Tier 3), and also fulfilling the requirements of a BAFE SP205-1 Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment Validator.
Marie Roberts-Watkins

Marie has been in the Environment, Health and Safety business for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience gained from working within manufacturing and educational environments.
She specialises in Ergonomics, Fire Safety, COSHH, DSEAR, Machinery Safety and the implementation of Management Systems aligned to ISO14001 and ISO45001

Steve Riches

Fire Safety Consultant
CMIOSH, MIFSM, AIFireE, PGDip.
Steve is an experienced Health & Safety practitioner with expertise in event safety fire safety and DSEAR.
Steve previously worked in Emergency Planning and as a safety advisor within a City Unitary Authority.
In 2021 Steve completed an MSc in Crowd Safety and Risk Analysis with distinction and now applies that to events of all sizes.

Guy is a Technical Member of IOSH having secured IOSH Level 6 Applied Health and Safety qualifications through NCRQ.
Guy’s background is in policing with thirty years served the East Midlands including regional and national work within Special Branch with specialist remits in serious and organised crime, domestic extremism and domestic and international terrorism.
On retirement Guy worked in protective roles for UHNW families and managing protester threats to high profile clients and events.

Alison is highly experienced in varying finance, analytical and administrative roles within banking, education and consultancy.
Stella Preston

Stella is experienced in a variety of organisational strategic roles from the educational environment and joins us at a period of exciting expansion. Stella will be working in our Operations to help plan projects at a strategic level
